FAQ

Can I purchase items from the showroom floor?

Yes, you can purchase directly from the showroom floor in collaboration with your Interior Designer or Architect. You also have the option to customise your order by choosing your preferred colours and making minor adjustments, like selecting cabinet hardware. These custom items will be made to order and then shipped directly to you.

Are the colours on the website accurate for making a colour choice?

While the colours displayed on our website are accurate, variations in computer, tablet, or phone settings can affect their appearance. To streamline this process and ensure a precise colour match, we offer large-format colour samples in each showroom for you to view.

Can I select a colour that is not part of the seasonal palette on your website?

Yes, you can select a colour from the charts available in each showroom. However, please note that the sample sizes in these charts are small, and colours can appear differently when applied on a larger scale. For this reason, we recommend selecting from the seasonal colours, which are displayed in larger formats providing a more accurate preview. If you decide to select a colour not displayed in the seasonal range a small fee will apply to have a large format disc sent to you. This will give you clarity of colour choice.

What types of wood or materials are used in the manufacture of your products?

We use spun bamboo for our bell hanging lights and some side tables.

Teak (Tectona grandis Lf) is sustainable, renewable, and not endangered. We use teak wood in the manufacture of our sofas, chairs, cabinets, mirror frames, and butler’s tray tops. Thai teakwood, in particular, is prized for its exceptional durability and resistance to decay.

For our two lantern styles, we use painted metal frames and glass.

What is the lead time for delivery if I place an order?

The usual lead time is approximately 12 to 15 weeks from the date of your order and receipt of deposit. This timeline may be affected by unforeseen circumstances. We will provide regular updates if there are any changes to the projected delivery time.

Are there shipping fees?

The cost of shipping items to the showroom is included in the purchase price. However, delivery fees apply for shipping items to your residence or business.
